AMERICAN VETERANS IN DOMESTIC DEFENSE (AVIDD)
SEARCHING FOR PERSONS THAT KIDNAPPED THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
The purpose of this short report is to show you
in great detail how your federal government was stolen from you. Don't
accept anything in this report without checking it out. Use the
internet, your library, call your Senator and Congressman.
We shall start with the Rule of Necessity. It is a rule of law, which
states that necessity knows no law. For example, the rule of necessity
would be the concept of self-defense. If you were home asleep, and an
armed robber broke in and you were afraid for your life, then you have
the right of self-defense. You have the right to kill to protect your
own life. That is the ultimate Rule of Necessity. The necessity brought
on by the emergency.
With that understanding, lets go back to March 1933 and Franklin Delano
Roosevelt's New Deal. He was inaugurated March 4, 1933, and he asked
Congress for broad Executive power to " . . .wage war against the
emergency . . ." The emergency was the 1929 economic depression. On
March 5th, he called for a special session of Congress to meet on March
9th at noon, where a bill, was presented to provide for relief in the
existing national emergency in banking and for other purposes.
In the enabling portion of that Act, it states:
"Be it enacted by the
Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled, That the Congress hereby declares that a serious
emergency exists and that it is imperatively necessary speedily to put
into effect remedies of uniform national application."
Here is that necessity again! Also, in that same Act, an amendment was
made to the Trading with the Enemy Act of October 6, 1917. The
amendment was the deletion of the phrase "Citizens of the United
States." In other words in 1917 Citizens of the United States were NOT
identified as enemies of the federal government, and in 1933 we were!
Bottom line is that the federal government considers you as "an enemy."
Later, we had some good company, such as Adolph Hitler, Benito
Mussolini and Emperor Hirohito.
Remember what was said in the second paragraph - "Necessity knows no
law." What that means is that the Supreme Law of the Land, the
Constitution, is SUSPENDED while the emergency in is effect. After the
emergency, the law is reinstated.
Why does the federal government do this? So it does NOT have to be
bound by the restraints of the Constitution! In other words, the people
(Masters) created the federal government (Servant) and now the Servant
has become the Master. This is a sinister little trick perpetrated on
the American people. Who would do such a despicable act? Who would have
the power, the connections? Have other "little tricks" been pulled on
the American people that have not surfaced yet? Do you think that these
evil minds would stop at one?
How can it be that something, which could suspend our Constitution and
classify the American people as "an enemy" like Adolph Hitler, not be
taught in school? Why did our elected governmental officials permit
this to happen? Have you heard any federal politician mention this?
This theft of our federal government certainly gives new meaning to
FDR's "New Deal."
Really, what we have here is a dictatorship, and the powers to be are not about to give it up willingly. It will be a battle!
The introduction to Senate Report 93-549 (93 Congress, 1st Session 1973
summarizes the situation we face today - except it is far worse today
than it was in 1973:
"A majority of the people of the
United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For
40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the
Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought
into force by states of national emergency. The problem of how a
constitutional democracy reacts to great crises, however, far antedates
the Great Depression. As a philosophical issue, its origins reach back
to the Greek city-states and the Roman Republic. And, in the United
States, actions taken by the Government in times of great crises have -
from, at least, the Civil War - in important ways, shaped the present
phenomenon of a permanent state of national emergency."
In these days of high technology, where we can put a man on the moon,
and read the license plate of a car from a satellite 200 miles in the
sky, there is absolutely no need for any EMERGENCY OR NECESSITIES by
our federal government! Granted, we may have some high priorities or
crisis, but NO emergencies or necessities! It is way past time to
demand of our federal elected officials to terminate ALL emergencies so
that our Constitution can be restored.
Letters will not do the job, we need a rigid Common Law contract
(candidate's platform) between AVIDD and all federal Senators and House
of Representatives, where they will actively support and vote for the
termination of ALL emergencies and any Martial Laws that are in effect.
The Republication's Contract With America will pale in comparison to this Common Law contract.
In fact, AVIDD should search out veterans in each state for the elected
federal positions before the next election. Their political platform is
fixed (the contract) and available for all to see, including the press!
Armed with the contract, AVIDD should then go to each incumbent and lay
the facts on the table and see what the incumbent wants to do! We could
even include the President and any opponent he has. We must have people
in Congress that will step up to the plate and be responsible!
We owe this to our children and our grandchildren, but I believe we
also owe this to our current active military forces. Undeclared wars,
one after the other, such as Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm just to
maintain the "emergency" is unconscionable. Our military is prepared to
defend freedom, but why should they have to put their life on the line
because someone perpetrated the most heinous of crimes back in 1933?
Why should they have to go to war, come back with missing arms, or
legs, or in a body bag just because a politician will not do his/her
job? Go to a military hospital and look for yourself!
It has to be the veterans to do this job! After all they also took the
oath to "To defend the United States and the Constitution, against all
enemies, both foreign and domestic, so help me God." That oath did not
end when the uniform came off! If this is not a true domestic enemy
what is?
Of the 25 million veterans, a tremendous number love this country and
what it stands for, and want to serve again for the great and noble
cause of FREEDOM! Now that you know about this crime, it is time to
step up to the plate and let's get the job done correctly, one more
time! This crime against humanity MUST NOT stand.
Remember the words of Thomas Jefferson: "Bind down the government with the chains of the Constitution."
