THE LAW

The United States government has now evolved in the business of legal plunder.
Plunder has two roots: stupid greed and false philanthropy
There are two types of plunder: legal and illegal
Illegal plunder is a process of taking something that belongs to someone else -- stealing - swindling.
Legal plunder is passing legislation, a law, that takes from those who
have and transfers it to those who do not have - - stealing -
swindling. The main difference here is that the recipient has less need
to feel guilty.
Legal plunder is the law that socialism itself relies. Socialists, like
all other monopolists desire to make the law their own weapon. And when
the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against
socialism. For when plunder is abetted by the law, it does not fear
your court, your gendarmes, or your prisons. Rather, it may call upon
them to help.
To prevent this you must exclude socialism from entering into the
making of laws. You must prevent socialists from entering the
legislative palace.
In America, we hold from God the gift, which includes all others. This
gift is life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness - physical,
intellectual, and moral life.
But life cannot maintain itself alone. The creator of life has
entrusted us with the responsibility of preserving, developing and
perfecting it.
He has given us the tools of individuality, liberty and property - this
is man. And in spite of the cunning of artful political leaders, these
three gifts from which God preceded all human legislation. God's divine
wisdom transcends all the combined knowledge and wisdom of all mankind
who ahs ever lived on this earth.
Mankind throughout history has been guided by the laws, God's law,
common law (unwritten), and man's statutory (written) laws. As a
nation, American has moved almost exclusively toward man's statutory
law in determining right and wrong.
We must ask the important question; does man's legislative law always cause justice to reign over us all? The answer is - no!
What, then, is law. It is the collective organization of the individual
right to lawful defense. It is the substitution of a common force is to
do only what the individual forces have a natural, God-given right to
do: to protect persons, liberties and properties. It is laws purpose to
maintain the right of each, and cause Justice to reign over us all. Law is Justice.
Alas: are we in America experiencing true justice under the law? No,
the law has gone much further than this; it has acted in direct
opposition to its own purpose. The law has been used to destroy its own
objective. It has been applied to annihilating the justice that it was
suppose to maintain.
The law has placed the collective force at the disposal of the
unscrupulous who wish, without risk, to exploit the person, liberty,
sovereignty, and property of others. The law has been perverted by the
influence of socialist for two entirely different causes: stupid greed
and false philanthropy. When they can get away with it, they wish to
live and prosper at the expense of others.
It follows that man will resort to plunder whenever plunder is easier
than work. When, then does plunder stop? It stops when it becomes more
painful and more dangerous than work. The purpose of law is to protect
those who are wiling to labor for food, clothing, and shelter from
those who use legal or illegal plunder.
Now that we understand the law and the plunders,
what must we do? First, we need to simplify our laws by holding lawyers
and judges accountable under the constitution. Second, we must vote the
socialist elected officials out of office and elect statesmen who will
honor our constitutional republic form of government. It's our duty to
act for the benefit of our kids and their kids.
