A New Declaration

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary again for, We the People, to defend the very survival of our nation and to reinforce and re-establish the intent of our Founding Fathers, the Constitution, and our Oath, "In God We Trust" and to recommit our allegiance to the Divine, All powerful God of our universe, and God of the Biblical American heritage, then act we must.

When large numbers of domestic enemies and their abuse become evident, then a decent respect for the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them into action.

God given rights envisioned by the framers of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were influenced by Christian teaching from the Bible as the only documents which place the individual above that of the State. To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. When men fear government they have tyranny, when Government fears the citizen, you have liberty.

Our first president, George Washington, warned us to "beware of the Federal Civil Service". Many Americans, at present, have come to fear our governement employees.

When a long train of abuses and usurpation, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such evildoers and to provide new guards for their future security.

Therefore, the American Veterans in Domestic Defense (AVIDD), appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World, for the rectitude of our intentions, do in the name and the authority of the good people who we have previously defended from foreign enemies; do now commit ourselves to defend against all domestic enemies.

And for the support of this declartion, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other and the American people our diplomatic, firm and if necessary commanding effort to ensure success.
