Basic Truths and Rights
- God has authority over man.
- Man has authority over Government.
- The Foundation of America was built on Christian principles.
- When the government fears the people you have freedom and liberty. When the people fear the government they have tyranny.
- We the people have three votes to ensure our liberty:
- When we elect public servants to serve in our government.
- When we serve on a grand jury.
- When we serve on a jury in a court of common law.
- In a common law court, we the people (jurors) have authority over the president, legislators, judges, and lawyers.
- No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no court is bound to enforce it.
- The purpose of our Government, our Constitution, and our Bill of Rights is to Protect the weak and strong, rich and poor from
a strong oppressive government. Everyone is equal under the law.
- Evil men can and will destroy our Constitution, if allowed to do so.
- Our Bill of Rights is not an amendment to the Constitution, but instead is a separate document to protect "we the people"
from an over zealous government.
- Trial
lawyers are destroying our country. They as politicians and judges have
developed a system whereby lawyers can plunder....Legally?
- All Government officers are liable to impeachment. (Article II,Section 4)
- Freedom is not free.
