Basic Truths and Rights

  1. God has authority over man.
  2. Man has authority over Government.
  3. The Foundation of America was built on Christian principles.
  4. When the government fears the people you have freedom and liberty.   When the people fear the government they have tyranny.
  5. We the people have three votes to ensure our liberty:
     
    1. When we elect public servants to serve in our government.
    2. When we serve on a grand jury.
    3. When we serve on a jury in a court of common law.
       
  6. In a common law court, we the people (jurors) have authority over the president, legislators, judges, and lawyers.
  7. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no court is bound to enforce it.
  8. The purpose of our Government, our Constitution, and our Bill of Rights is to Protect the weak and strong, rich and poor from a strong oppressive government. Everyone is equal under the law.
  9. Evil men can and will destroy our Constitution, if allowed to do so.
  10. Our Bill of Rights is not an amendment to the Constitution, but instead is a separate document to protect "we the people" from an over zealous government.
  11. Trial lawyers are destroying our country. They as politicians and judges have developed a system whereby lawyers can plunder....Legally?
  12. All Government officers are liable to impeachment. (Article II,Section 4)
  13. Freedom is not free.
